A Perfect Gentleman

Improve your abilities in each of the Six Arts so that you can become a “perfect gentleman,” gaining the attention of the Imperial Court and allowing you to rise to the prestigious position of “Secretary of State Affairs.”  As you improve yourself, serve as the Minister of one of six departments.   

On your turn, choose a skill to practice and a ministry to serve.  Each ministry offers unique bonuses but require you to stand above your peers.   As soon as a player rises above their peers, they can take their place at the head of the Imperial Bureaucracy.
