Heir Apparent

In his infinite wisdom the Emperor has declared that he will appoint his “most qualified” child as his heir.  As his children, this is your opportunity to seize the throne.  Before your father passes, improve your attributes or harm the chances of your siblings.

Each card has a attribute, value, and ability.  You can either play a set of three cards of the same attribute or value - permanently increasing your score - or activate the ability for a one-off effect.   Whoever has the highest total score when the “Year Track” runs out inherits the crown and wins the game.
